Our Aims as a Movement. 1. Destsgimize mental illness --decsimize how others view us---educate about diffrent conidtions how to more compassinte, safe and actually helpful and upfliting when loving, knowing or just being around people who are mad. 2. Degstsmitze our own minds to ourselves --- see them through a empowering honest self aapptening lense rather then a lense of needing to be cured, to be fixed, and of being inatley broken just by being who you are.
